In a written message on the occasion of National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, President Michael D. Higgins, congratulated President Ebrahim Raisi and the Iranian nation on behalf of the people of Ireland expressing best wishes for peace, well-being and happiness of all  Iranian people.
